Doug Hacker
Director of Product Accessibility

Doug has spent almost 20 years in the accessibility world. He was a member of the leadership team at Ai Squared, makers of ZoomText and Freedom Scientific, makers of JAWS. Doug has been at Pearson since 2018 and in his spare time lets rock bands play music in his living room.


Jonee Meiser, M.Ed., CPWA
Senior Accessibility Support Specialist

Jonee Meiser has over 12 years of experience in the accessibility field, most notably as a former Instructional Designer for Deque System’s Deque University online accessibility curriculum. As a Senior Accessibility Support Specialist, Jonee assists internal development teams with embedding and addressing accessibility at various stages of the software development lifecycle, including planning for accessibility, consulting with designers and developers, and evaluating accessibility backlogs.

Lindsey Sneed, M.Ed., CPACC
Accessibility Suport Specialist

Lindsey Sneed is a former high school math teacher and college accessibility specialist who is passionate about digital accessibility and education. At Pearson, she focuses on customer needs, user experience, and developing systems to support widespread accessibility improvements.

Alyssa Cheeseman, TTv5, CPACC
Accessibility Suport Associate

Alyssa Cheeseman is a graduate of the University of Florida with a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and has worked in the accessibility field for five years. Before coming to Pearson as an Accessibility Support Associate she held a position at LCI as an Accessibility Analyst. As a native screen reader user, she leverages her personal encounters with accessibility challenges to enhance the student experience at Pearson, breaking down barriers and championing inclusivity.
