Requirements
- Use the built-in layouts that contain columns.
- Never manually add text boxes from the ribbon (Insert > Text > Text Box). These types of text boxes are not accessible because the text does not show up in Outline view.
Important Info
The Pearson template offers 3 built-in column layouts:
- Title with Two Columns
- Title with Three Columns
- Title with Four Columns

- Text placeholder boxes can be resized and moved to fit your design needs.
- Be sure to put enough space between your columns to keep them readable for everyone.
