Requirements
USHE courseware requires the language be set at English (United States). This is the default setting if the software application was purchased in the US.
Important Info
- You cannot designate languages per slide or per placeholder box.
- If your deck contains multiple languages, (e.g. teaching Spanish to English students) designate the language that represents most of the students’ native language.
Tips
Designating the correct language helps:
- Screen readers pronounce words based on the designated language
- Editing tools such as grammar and spell checker are configured to the set language
- User interface labels and controls are marked accordingly.
