Requirements
When creating a new PPT deck, Pearson requires vendors to use the most current version of Microsoft PPT. This ensures that all new accessibility features are being utilized.
Important Info
When viewing Pearson PPTs with an older version, some accessibility features are not backwards compatible.
Tips
- Pearson recommends using Office 365 because you will always have access to the latest Microsoft PPT version.
- If using Office 365 Desktop app, periodically check you are using the latest version of the app.
